Goal and values

Founded in 2002 in the form of a non-for-profit association governed by Belgian law, LEXUNION, formerly Groupe International Patrimoine & Entreprise, brings together independent legal, wealth planning and tax professionals in more than 12 countries across the world.

LEXUNION is a multi-professional organisation combining the expertise of notaries, lawyers and tax experts.

The official languages of LEXUNION are English and French.

Quality

The LEXUNION’s members are professionals whose expertise and ethics are recognised in their own country.

Other than their national legal and tax expertise, they have experience in handling international affairs.

All LEXUNION members are members of regulated professions subject to disciplinary controls; they are particularly attached to the ethics of their profession, their independence and the rules of professional secrecy.

Sharing

The LEXUNION organises exchanges of knowledge and best practices between its members at regular conferences and annual congresses devoted to a specific legal and tax theme.

Trust is essential within the LEXUNION. The ties formed between the members ensure close cooperation in the best interests of clients.

Commitment
